Hannah Kogan, LMT #106583, BS Psychology
Hannah, Ortho-Bionomy® Practitioner, and Certified Pilates Instructor, is passionate about helping others find healing and well-being. Her personal journey with dance injuries ignited a lifelong interest in the human body and rehabilitation.
This led her to Pilates (teaching since 2001) and Ortho-Bionomy® (practicing since 2011), which she uses to address chronic pain and injury recovery.
Discovering reflex integration through her own daughter's developmental needs was a "missing link" in her approach, leading her to train in the Brain and Sensory foundations courses created by Sonia Story. Working with reflexes and rhythmic movements opened new doorways- working again with children (she taught preschool and middle school from 2000-2004) and working with postpartum mothers (diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction) as well as their babies.
Hannah owned two wellness studios- Lux Collective in Seattle and Studio Lux on Vashon Island, WA from 2012-2023. In early 2024, Hannah and her family moved back to her native state of Florida excited to return to the sun and warmth. She is so grateful to have found Majestic Oaks and to work with such an incredible team.
